Just fix a volt meter to my haya '99. while idling, it maintains at about 13v but while riding, it actually drops to 12.6v. Is it suppose to drop? Y and how can i rectify it?

 

does it remain at 13 after u stop? u need to monitor if it drops further to say, 11. means prolly yr batt is spoilt and not charging or, your rect is spoilt and not charging, or magnetic coil. Best to get a multi-meter to check if your batt is charging.

Agreed... the battery voltage should increase whilst moving ... if not check if you have installed properly.

what is the ideal voltage for k4 600 when idling,when engine on and when riding?cos when i on my bike its at 9.9v-10.2v. when on engine its from 13.4v-13.6v and when i ride its from 13.2v-12.9v.

9.9-10.2 is abit too low. ideal should be close to 12. chargin should be 13-14v
