Just imagine the cost of repairs are tat the cheap thou and just imagine if it's a

new bike and it is still under installments and all these add up, not worth it. Just

my 2 cent's worth.

u got it all wrong man... i'm trying to say, order a new chassis from suzuki japan with the chassis number stamped on it n replace the broken one. its more worth than scrapping the bike n still paying for the instalments for a piece of junk cos the bike does not have 1st party insurance coverage.

yes i know the bike geometry will go out.. but this is the cheapest way to get it done... by the way.. i cant change the chassis right?

It can be done correctly, and even more accurately than the factory.

Being mass produced frames, they are all not 100% to the factory specs.

The specialist needs a bike gig. And he needs to set this gig to the specs for the frame that he is working on. From there, he can 'tune' the frame to the specs or repair the frame to how it is supposed to be.

I think i have a much better joke, Going to malacca with a 1000cc in 45min make your main frame brittle and your LP bigger, plus a haya will top up your petrol during half way to ensure you reach malacca in 45min. So you wont need to stop and can maintian 300km/hr. :lovestruck: :lovestruck:

From a rough read thru of the service manual, you would need a special dealer's tool switch to connect to one of the couplers located under ur seat..

Switch it over to on and the LCD will display the FI error codes..There are 2 kinds of FI error..1 which still allows the engine to start and the other which doesnt allow(User manual would state what kind of signal it would display on the LCD)..

The kind of FI error codes which will not allow the bike to start..

Camshaft Position Sensor Signal, Crankshaft Position Sensor Signal, Tip-over Position Signal, #1,#2,#3,#4 Ignition Signals, #1,#2,#3,#4 Injector Signals, Fuel Pump Relay Signal or Ignition Switch Signal...

*#1 means Cylinder 1 and so on..

Hope this helps..

if i'm not mistaken, the chassis u can buy a new one from the japan factory, with the chassis number stamped readily stamped on it. just gotta bring log card to the dealer as proof, then they will order. will cost a few thousand bucks... i enquired at the honda dealer before, they said they will do it this way. suzuki should have the same service too i guess.

the cost will be astronomical...

from wat i heard... if the authorities find out that the chassis is a goner, it will have to be scrapped right?

Well, i'm not sure how to put tis one regarding my problem. I've had my FI light on or blinking 1 or two times and everytime that happens, the bike seem to lose a bit of power and kinda cut-out. But after i switch the ignition off and then back on again, the problem seems to go away. Tis only happens about twice in about 1 year plus i'm riding it. But now its ok leh.. Is there anything tat i should worry about ?
