That 'some places' would be HKL where servicing of carburettors would be $60. My regular mechanic is Ah Keong cos he does a good job but be ready to spend half a day there if you want to engage his services... :sweat:

Bros, any of you all ever used STP Octane Booster? I'm tempted to add in this product into my fuel tank to boost my bike's performance but before doing so, just want to know whether any of you have done it before. Any difference??? :confused:

temp for below

 

travel at 50 - 70 kmh = 95

 

travel at 80 - 90 = 85

 

in jam = 106 - 107 (depending on engine oil)

 

and if in jam, how long can the bike take before overheat. = very fast. less than 10mins to get from 90 to 105

 

04-06 r1 are known for being very hot

 

my estimates are for day time. lowest i got is 76 in the night when its very very cool. its very normal for the bike to be hot.
