Ya.. sad to say it has happened due to not enough participants.. so PG cannot hold it due to lack of funds.

Cannot blame SMSA coz there was a time when Round 4 was delayed by 2 months due to political problems with the PG side. If the delay had not happened.. the series would have been completed. There are some parties here who are always quick to blame SMSA for any cockups but lets all be fair and see the big picture.

As a participant, I am disappointed too... but when you piggyback on somebody else's event...I guess you have no bargaining power. Hope this will be a thing of the past when our own track at Changi is ready.

Nevertheless... it had been a great year of racing... learnt alot about the track, the bike and most of all.. of my own capabilities. I am sure the rest of the participants will share the same sentiments.

I race only simply because I love the challenge... the challenge of the competition and pushing my own personal limits.

It does not matter if I don't end up on the podium... its most important to me that I know I have tried my best.

Hopefully there is a under 200cc Open category... coz I have a KR150RR I intend to project and race.

See you guys next year...and keep on racing. Coz when the red light goes out.. the bullshit stops and the racing starts.

Ride safe and a blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your loved ones!!

Yes, this is a shame to have the event canceled with such short notice - but to say SMSA is blameless is naive.

To think that SMSA will somehow be organised and effective once the track is built is like saying a fool will somehow become smart if they win the lottery.
