need help

my bike 4 stroke the pipe whenever i blow, there's mist and i feel the air. my friends says there's a hole but if i let it be, will it affect the engine? will it make the bike have problems?

May I know where the "hole" and the "mist" comes from? If its blowing out of the engine bay, it might be a blown exhaust gasket. Or other Very Bad Things.

 

This is pure speculation and visiting a respectable mechanic should give you the correct diagnosis much quicker than here (unless you want to post the problem on youtube).
