Bro, i believe most of our z are all ABS model. Maybe you can try exchange or post in garage sale . Higher chance of selling it off.

Hi Folks,

 

Last week booked Z1000 special edition. Will get it after completing my TP. btw,Is it necessary to install security alarm (Ex: Scorpio,Spy or Padlock) ? Wondering if anyone installed in your Z1000. Please advise what are the security measures you are taking.

Hi fellow Zed riders,

Need to do some homework before actually going down to bike shop and talk to them. Does the machine price inclusive of GST? What I know is its not inclusive of insurance, rd tax and COE. Can anyone recommend shop that sell the Z1000 at a reasonable price? Roughly know the price at Speedway motor courtesy of bro Psycho. Thanks dude. What about the rest of the bike shop. Better still, the break down. Thanks in advance for the inputs. Hope to join you guys soon.

Try with Loois. But, they only have Special edition and left with one. Their business is fine and they will tell you final cost inclusive of all except Insurance.

Hi, always ask what is the final nett price before you sign anything.

 

New bike consist of

1:Bike price

2:Coe

3:gst

4:LTA document (meant all the transfer & number plate)

5:IU

6:insurance & road taxs

 

Think this 6 is the major 1.

Dun think they will break down for you. Ask for OTR price for your age . Except Coe cos its up & down all the time & may need to pay the different . The rest is quite standard .

Installing alarm is up to indivdual, Note: Will drain off your battery very fast unless you ride frequently. I not sure if Evershine (Kawasaki agent) will void your warranty for tampering the wire anot cos mine is P-import bike. If yours is P-import bike , who will void your warranty. Anyway what you want to put just install .

JUst ordered a matt black z1000..

Collecting it on sat..

Any advise basic modification that needs to be done?

Is damper required???

Should i do normal break in or dyno break in

If you guys have any outing can count me in.

hi, if you got the budget , do a dyno hard breakin is the best . Damper is up to individual . This bike more than 220km/h is like driving speed boat. Also got lots of things to mod. Problem is you got the budget to spend anot. Quite some z in our group are heavily mod. When meet up you will see.

Haha.. is the shop that quote u Globla moto at paya ubi? 23.8k? Ask them for total on the roas price and u won't feel weird anymore.

 

 

Guys, any chance Devil exhaust is street legal already for the Z1000?

 

Any other full system that is lta approved in our local market?

Roughly 26K and 27K for Special edition excluding insurance.

Hi,

 

There is a Desaru trip coming for our Zedrider on Saturday 02/11/2013 ( deepavali ) .It's a 1st time short trip being organize by our Z1000 group.

 

Trip :

1: Meet 0800hrs at 2nd link petronas

2: 0830hrs move out for dim sum at Indah

3: 1000hrs move out to desaru ( in between 1 stop at shell )

4: 1200hrs reach desaru for Lunch & talk about the world

5: 1400hrs-1500hrs move out back to sg ( in betwwen 1 stop at shell )

6: 1700hrs-1800hrs Home Sweet Home

 

 

Above timing is estimated

 

There will be photoshoot- ( confirm ) & video recording-( maybe )

 

Hereby we will like to welcome & invite any Zedrider to join us . ( whether you are gen 1, gen 2 or gen 3 Z1000 )
