Will b better if u hav ur own design and pass to then. Can send email to them when ya at there. Boss quotation all standard, full bike decal 180. Then add on if u Doing rim stickers too

If confirm u r doing. U need to make appt wit them. They r quite packed sometimes, need to check their calendar on the wall. Takes one day for full bike decal, 11am leave bike. Collect after 8pm. Yes, they hav lotsa previous bikes decals and rim stickers for u to see too. U can go their fb to look at their past jobs done. 219motorshop.

From my basic knowledge, any aftermarket exhaust is better then stock. Some exhaust system comes in 3 parts, header/midpipe/endcan. FMF powerbomb is the header. Fyi mix matching of these 3 parts r illegal.

 

After putting on any aftermarket full system exhaust u will need to rejet to maximise its performance.

Get raptor to rejet for u, he do wonders.

if u got the money and u want legal the best is yoshi full system titanium no worries on ur headers getting rust. If u want bang for buck get the new lv full system.. unless u planing to ride the delta without baffle which will be illegal..the newer delta is not so open like the older version. the FMF are illegal regardless and that goes to the Arrow as well..mix and match like our bro says i def illegal and a full system is designed by qualified engineers to work together so i doubt mixing is a gd thing anyways. The bike comes lean from factory and when u open up ur airflow by doing the 3x3 and bigger header and exhaust, u will make the bike even much leaner therefore you will experience horrible performance so re-jetting to make the mixture richer is definitely a must. There is no point putting them on but not rejetting. The stock carb will work for all the mods but the FCR is da bomb..heh cheers

Good day bros, any lubang at east side that can help me pass my inspection. Just need to change the rear fender to stock together with the Big signal light and brake light. failed inspection due to that.haiz...

think it was less than 50 i guess..not too expensive i think..for them to take away whats illegal and put on the correct stuff.. and then put back everything after inspection..hope by saying this im not saboying them...

Just go bikewerk. ask boss ah beng or mech for the superfour mud flap ,it'll just screw and attach it on the number plate, less than 1 min job. F.O.C or u can oso tip him. lol

i pass my annual inspection with this with led signal lights @ kaki bukit vicom.

The truth is.. when you mix and match headers with with end cans.. it becomes a jetting nightmare that cannot be resolved. Its going to be either good pick up power with shitty top end or shitty pickup with good top end.. never good throughout the entire rpm range.

 

It took the engineers with years of research and development to come out with a full exhaust system that can perform throughout its entire range of operation.... but it takes our local unqualified mechanics to tell you that this end can is good with another brand of header pipe.

 

All the fast DRZ (podium finishers) in PG are running with single brand full system exhausts.. no mix and match stuff. When racing.. good acceleration is not enough.. the top end power is needed too..same as if the top end is good without acceleration. It all just don't work... the lap times will tell you that.

 

You want performance... go with a single brand full system... don't mix and match the end cans with the headers.

 

Just my cheap 2 cents.
