no one can say for sure.. best is = try it on urself... especially some brands have different fittings..

and be warned, FF might feel pretty stuffy n tight at 1st, so its easy for u take a larger size than u actually need.. but rmb, d cushion will be conformed to ur head over time, n it gets better after some usage.. :)

search on youtube on helmet fitting.. they give some pretty gd tips on getting the right fit..

last of all, congrats on embracing the FF! its a really good investment for ur head, the most priceless body part! dun be put off by the weight n stuffiness... u will get used to it soon! :)

hi wind20, as wat naim said, its best to go to a few shops to try out the helmets. for FF like OGK FF4, its inner shape is design for a person with slim & oval shape. unlike FF3 & FF5, they are more for round head shape. some brands & models can fit u well except your ear clearance.

for some helmets reviews, u can take a look at:

http://www.webbikeworld.com/motorcycle-helmets/motorcycle-helmets.htm

go & try it out. wear it for awhile. your cheek area shud feel abit tight but upper part of your head shud not feel the stress/pressing against u. if u r using only in sg, wind noise shud not be a prob as our sg road's speed limit is only 90km/h. if u have the intention to wear it to touring, better to get 1 with decent wind noise reduce.
