Hi,

Juz asking do any of u ever thought of renting an apartment to stay in JB while working in Singapore? Though u got to be stuck at the customs traffic jams.

i am thinking of staying in JB while working in S'pore (i am a S'porean).

what do u think are the factors u need to look out for?

etc, security, internet, neighbours... ...

thanks!

Have a friend, Singaporean, lives in JB (Horizon Hills) with his family - bought a semi-d for the price of a HDB in Singapore. He's teaching in a school in the East and his commute each way takes 45 mins using Tuas link. Seems like a really good deal. Except his kids are pre-school age now so there isn't any consideration in that respect.

With our population targetted to reach 6.9mil in 2030 perhaps that's the only way out for us.

Any 4bedroom terrace house to recommend for me to rent and share with fellow biker Singaporeans in Bukit Indah?

We are looking to have each our own room and attached/shared bathrooms. At least a front courtyard to park bikes and a weekend car for commute to Singapore, and preferably walking distance to Causeway Link Bus stops.

I've already targetted to have the living area as a gym area so we can weightlift and I can at least do some cardio running in the house irrespective of weather.
