My uncle own a rxz which he bought first hand cash somewhere near 2001..he seldom ride it tru these years current milleage is 12k+..lately i decided to give my vtec 3 a break n add my name as subrider to his rxz n ride it once awhile..now the the coe period is dying soon and as u guys know current coe is high..both of us is considering whether to renew it or just trade it for a new 2b bike..bike condition is..engine 7/10..other things is...alot thing rusty..i just change brake pump n steering cone in order to ride it safely..still on stock tyre with stock spoke rim which still with good thread..unbelievable huh for almost 10 yrs tyre..but i noe the rubber expired oredi..so guys what do u think..is it worth to renew the coe..or just trade it for a new 2b bike.

IMO, coe is ex, same goes for the new bike. if dats a spare bike & got "feelings" for it, juz renew & keep it if the engine is good. u can change the parts bits by bits over the months.

if not, juz trade for a new bike. its all up to individual i guess.

in my wife's case, her passed away dad left her a bike more than 15yrs old cub (they are malaysian) and still using it till now. when i 1st went to her house, i ask y dun trade for a new bike? she explained to me & i decided to let her keep it. i even plan to slowly rebuild it.

so i wun poll for dis. its up to your decision. wat we can give u is only suggestion & advise but u r the 1 who is the decision maker. :thumb:
