Hi FZ16 bros,

Here's some prices and info regarding the poison of KRP. :)

Engine Guard Set With Sliders Set : SG$ 121.40 (black)

Colour : Black (original colour), other colours: $15/set

Didn't mention about powder coating, so definitely not powder coated.

Front Fork Sliders With Alan Bolts & Longer Axle Bolt : SG$ 76.00

Swing Arm Sliders With Alan Bolts & Longer Axle Bolt : SG$ 60.00

Both can be slightly shorter. No charge.

Rear brake disc, need to change your rim to disc brake version which they will provide. If make in sg, price might be expensive? We have to survey abit.

Rear Disk Brake Assembly: SG$ 328.60

Includes the following:-

Rear Modified Wheel Assy With Flange For Disk Fitting, Calliper & Master Clyinder Assy. (R15), Breaded Hose Pipe & Foot Brake Pedal (Modified).

This should answer your question for the whole poison! :):)

E rear wheel assembly plus brake lines wif setup kits n also foot pedal seems very enticing..... yummy! but i'd like to chk Seng Kwang for an alternative for e engine crash bar.

Guuuud Morning peeps! It's a wet morning, careful on e road.

@joke these r e stuffs @YenYu talking abt bro.

@YenYu. Bro, no offense, y dun we ask one of those bike shops [reliable ones] to order e consignments den we buy frm 'em cos these amt kinda steep for one to handle n we cud get inhouse mechanic to install for us?

Bro, i dont think much shop will do it, even if they do, definitely they will charge us way higher up, due to KRP is dealing all the transaction with chong aik international. And chong aik doesnt do installation.

Here's the process:

We gather 3-5ppl who wants to buy the parts.

Consolidation and send it over to KRP for price breakdown and quotation.

Take the quotation and bring over to pay to chong aik.

Chong aik acknowledged and both chong aik and mi will send email to KRP, then KRP will do the shipment to chong aik also.

So if wan to find other shops to do right, they will charge all this inbetween processes. Unless someone here has relative working in bike shop or friends in bike shop. Else, it's not ez to do so. No offense bro :)

Or unless u are able to find shop which they could do large import specially for FZ16 bikers. I dont think much shop will do now due to the low of FZ16 outside still :)

Hope you can at least collect today so can ride around over the weekend.

Ridehard, if Seng Kwang does have engine frame slider for the FZ, do let us know the price with installation.

Yen Yu, you want to put up a mini-MO to ascertain respond and pricing? To me, a reasonable price for all the sliders (front, engine, rear) would be in the region of low $200. Also, though installation not provided, see if they can provide some sort of instructions.

Thank you!

the manual and tools are under the seat...

for running in i ride mine 80km/hr and below...

service i think every after 500km change engine oil..

to finish running in is 1000km so you need 2 times changing the engine oil.

these is what most of the people do but i'm not that sure..

maybe should wait for other to give their own opinion and then follow the most common after comparing all???

just to be safe and better read the manual and follow instructions..

During engine break in, gotto sayang e bike la... Changing gears shud try to go smooth n dun drag e gears.

Watever e oil changing mileage is, shud be done to clear initial internal moving/contact parts in e engine for wear n tear debris. Gud to change ur oil filter also, oil required wud be abt~1.1litres.
