just use a large spanner to bend it back.

 

TS: u mean those shops selling accessories dont have this metal footrest u wanted? tried the shop next to LAB (the one with the chinese auntie)? i ever fitted those on my previous ride, x1. but i got them from JB. the shop simply removed the rubbers and replaced w/ the circular metal ones (similar to the pillion footrest on bicycles) + secure w/ bolt. in your hunt~
