tried autosol?

 

Try not to use Autosol...cuz after that, the metal surface very easy to corrode. Aluminium itself has a matt surface to prevent corrosion.

I said "try not to", it's not fatal if you choose to use it. Just take note that Autosol has very abrasive compound in it so it removes stains very well cuz it's like a sanding paste...notice how you wipe away the Autosol when you applied onto metal surface, the clothe is always black? That's the metal you managed to remove.

 

Autosol was also used by many riders to remove certain areas on the rims to a chrome shine, very bling...but if the surface was not maintain, you can see it's spotting with shades of corrosion. Try to observe those "touched **" rims to get what I mean. I believe riders like Ryan, Tom could help you to answer more because they are riders who are good at **keeping their bikes.

Protection I guess would be to stay diligent and **keep your weekly "autosoling" lor, lol...I would change to wax to maintain, if the Autosol already did a great job. Wax leaves a thin layer of protection plus it's not so abrasive as Autosol.

That you have to try to see if still shinny or not...works well on my triple yoke on my Duc...shinny.

 

Dun worry, you should not thin down your frame too mych until you get flex lah, lol...

hey, used to ride a rs125, the only way to make ur main frame shine is to used autosol, and dun worry, it wont scratch ur surface... used to do that as well... lol...

actually it does scratch.. i think i rubbed too hard.. im using the expensive tin autosol now.. much better.. thanks guys!
