the toyota axio reversed fast and his right front wheel caught my front wheel, causing my bike to fall on the left and his bumper dragged across the right side of my bike.

 

and it happened last night. knn, he stop, i stop. he reverse i also reverse but he reverse faster than me.

his statement will say he do 3 point turn, and i bang him on the right front wheel, hitting his bumper.

 

but looking at the pictures, his bumper got no dents. my brake lever caught the underside of his bumper, so definitely is confirm his statement will be useless

 

somemore, my bike fall left side, right side also scratched. so left side scratched by road, right side scratched by his bumper. front also chui.

 

i want to claim $1.1k. the stupid person only want to pay half, i reject and go claim his insurance instead

y i end up in his rear is because i behind him ma. he turn from wdl ave 1 to wdl dr 14, turn left after the primary school traffic light. i also turn left coz i wan to go 515.

 

after he turn left, he turn right (towards the direction of 515). then he stop. i stop also la.

 

he engage reverse gear. so i thought in front got obstruction so i reverse using my leg also. then after that he reverse left to blk 513 rubbish chute. he reverse fast, i use leg how to reverse fast?

if i really end up close, his back would have hit me first instead of the front wheel. but who the hell would do a reverse to a rubbish chute except rubbish truck?

 

i can only say if he bothered to check his right wing mirror, he would have see me coz my headlight was shining at the right mirror.

i kanna same case as u.. same same, just tht i kanna havi logistic lorry -.- the one hu deliver mac things, thn the driver came down say sry thn say claim the company. but awhile his supervisor came down and said " ur bike is behind my lorry so i should have no issue" wa was like wtf ! thn their statement say i bang him ! when i stop behind him in SCHOOL ! dam the supervisor.

wa lau... u always kana the sway things... go buy a good horn la... horn so impt. if ur horn is good, u may not end up like tat liao.. i always feel the car beside me is comming closer. i straight press n hold on my super loud horn. n he will sure siam. . .
