How is the Honda Twister 250 bike like?

Have previously rode on a Phantom, then to a recently acquired Steed which was quite problematic. Am looking to change to a new bike now and saw a few options being the

 

Yamaha FZ16,

Vespa LX150

Twister 250

 

Yes, I know weird options but I am looking for affordable motorcycles for commutation. Of course style and reliability would be a plus!

didn't get to ride any of those, but impression of CBX250 is good probably another line of trusty commuting ride. Cheaper road tax, maintenance, lighter than CB400SF... accessories wise not much from my understanding.

If I'm not wrong its mono-shock setup w conventional cartridge type fork.
