Just came across the Bell Arrow helmet thru WebBikeWorld.com

 

Looks pretty neat for decent features under USD100.

 

Any chance of it being in any shops here?

Isn't most Bell helmets known for their SNELL helmet certification? Should be pretty solid in that factor right?

doubt so, bell are not sold here, you can try ordering online, if i am not wrong, there is a shop in cineleisure that sells ICON helmets, they might carry bell also.
