Help needed: 2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX10r vs. 2011 Yamaha Yzf R1?

hi. am very interested in getting a class 2 bike. And i narrowed by selection to the 2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX10r and 2011 Yamaha Yzf R1. So was wondering if anyone could be kind enough to give some advice on which of the two is the better choice to get? thanks. =)

Resale value: get the r1.
