If i wana buy a bike, i ask that person selling the bike to add me as sub rider for his insurance, but then the ownership of the bike is my name.. Is it possible?

 

It should be right?? Since insurance company look out for the youngest age of the 2 in the insurance.

 

Get what i mean anot? Let say IM 'A'. I wana buy 'B' bike. 'B' put my name as sub rider, but then the OWNERSHIP of the bike is under 'A' name.

 

 

Anyone can verify this.

Not possible... How you can have the bike under your name is after you have change the ownership.

if u are saying that u continue instalment, u were being add as sub rider(pay adding subrider fees) thats possible, but i think must top up due to young age for insurance(insurance not so sure).

 

but if u wanna put as ownership, u must pay transfer fees and also your insurance(new ones). which means the bike is now legallise yours.

nop..bike is i buy cash. but then u all say once insurance got ur name can ride the bike rite? Correct rite? the insurance is his name then i sub rider... but then the BIKE my name.. possible?

nah when transfer the bike into ur name u got to show at least 6 month valid insurance under u name then can be transferred .. so save problem just get ur own insurance lor ...

Yup, insurance have to have ur name as the main rider then u can take ownership of the bike.

Got a trick still available for younger rider to pay slightly lesser thou
