X8 indicator always at H (hot) please help

Hi,

 

anyone ever experience their piaggio x8's temperature meter on the left dashboard goes to H whenever it is turn on?

 

on top of that the throttle becomes unresponsive can't go more then 60km/h and engine stops while idling

 

sounds like a serious problem,now scooter in my car park tampines,is there any shop that service near safra tampines so that I can push my scooter there instead

Either coolant leaking or water pump problem Bro...dun ride anymore. Send to workshop Bro.

I found out there's no more coolant liquid,can I use any coolant liquid (buy from Giant?) ?

You can buy from Shell. It's ready mix. And you might want to go to shop to check on your coolant. It might be leaking.

if can ask mechanic to install a switch with fan. it can be useful when in traffic jam. as scooter is covered, air can`t dissipate easily like naked bike.
