ok bro.. check for me if change my cam chain n tensioner n valve clearance how much? thanks..

 

NOt enough bro, still need to replace the slider of both side, for the cam chain.

There's one rare 07 BB at Wing Fuat,Sims drive..Black colour...

 

My BB currently at hospital after one or a few of its valve stem oil seal leaking. I recommend to do top overhaul since one of the valve is leaking plus my mileage is more than 100K km's...9 months ago it was 67k km's...aiyo..to much of KL-SG...

yah.. but sad to mention one of the crackos is down.. waiting for the full face lift to become one of a kind CRACKO..

 

Need help in comparing price...

 

Went to Alai last week and he recommended me to change my chain.. He offered me $550++ inclusive of valve clearance and tuning.. I tot Alai used to offer $400 for valve clearance..

 

Any body has an idea how much it would cost to have it changed at UM, Race Werks, Bike prod or Looi's Motor.. jus wanna compare the prices since all of them hv great mech's...

 

Find an OMO mechanic,will pay full attention to ur bike while doing it, otherwise, keep jumping here and there from a buke to another....!

Well i give a pass for him, sometimes when quantity is greatter, people forget about the quality...!

 

$$$$$$... is best concern for him now.

Cause popular already mah.

 

P.S:He used to be my best mechanic when i;m riding my first BB year 03,04, within 2years, did 3 times valve clearance, cam chain ect-ect with him, but now, not anymore...!:(

Yes i know he offer $120/- but then still applies to the shim which need to be replace, he will charge u accordinglly...!

 

Try Raymond @ Eunos, he used to work with ahlai together, but not now anymore.

 

One of the mechanic who was sent to europe for Ducati bike servicing.

Chain Cam guide lah bro...two on sides and one on top...:thumb:

 

Top overhaul, also called Valve Clearance.

 

Best to change with cam chain, tensioner, cam chain slider.

 

On top of that, u still need to change ur coolant(cause they will drain the existing one) E.O also need to change.(try not to use fully syn, as recomended by honda, might experience clutch slip.)

yeah, silver original paint. the FBD plate is buang one.. think bike pro stil got problem selling it....

there's a FZ plate, the one is nice too. lower mileage than mine, and have steel braided hose. Not sure if it's delinked anot though..

For a moment I thought u stalking me, now so well which bike I bought.. :shy:

guys i know there a lot of mechnics out there even in the forum to but i suggest go n read up before changing things n have an idea on wat u are about to change......go to a mech tht u trust in terms of workmanship and quality always comes with a price nothings is cheap here lor....as for ah lai....i think he"s not that superb on what people think just for an example.....the famous 25 blinks......he recommend change harness lah change ecu lah but thts not the root cause n if there are idiots tht dnt know they just follow n pay up to thousands for unecesary changes.....i had tht 25 blinks prob n i went straight to the problem n change my knock sensor n it just went away....tht only cost me 150 to 180.....n thts the reason u need to read up more to find out wat the real problem is.....i am not a smart guy in bb but just my 2 cents tot n advice......its all up to the individual tots n trust.....anyway i am not here to flame anyone but just a frend to frend advice lor.......another thing trust the factory manual n from there too i learn bout the bb....another thing every time u rectify the FI blinking issues ie 25 blinks,13 blinks, 8 blinks and i blink at u make sure you reset the diagnostic system or should i say clear the ecu program so tht it wont give u false blinks or diagnostic.......anyway we have jbatracer here he is a mech and he knows lot of stuff too......cheers lol

Yes, u are right...!

 

Many of those idiots pay for wiring harness and ECU for thousand over bucks....!

 

That idiot only know about mechanical but not electronically he knows nothing...!

second this motion.. dats why I keep asking ppl ard for mechs who wont chop you off.. am not in the mech stuff but am learning on the go.. but somehow i must give my BB many thumbs up for being able to move ard even though ders some injuries.. will be focusing on it after making my final installment on the BB this month..
