In the 1st place why will the bike shop do that? Kena legalities issue?

Did the previous owner shop gave u proof of settling the instalment?

U cannot just go to the bike shop and just tell them what is as stated here.

As far as the bike shop is concerned the bike under Hire Purchase black and white. They can't just transfer just based on what u go and tell there.

I managed to tracked down his house ( asking everyone in the block with his photo ), and get back my IC ( coz I gave him to help me do the transfer, which he never did ). He's not at home though, and his brother knows nothing about the lock up. I gave him 1 last chance, if he can show that he paid full instalments to the shop, or can give me the number to contact. He kept avoiding. This is very crystal clear already.

I am filing a police report now.

You could have reported to the police first that this sucker took your NRIC for the purpose of bike ownership transferring but did not do so and don't want to return the NRIC to you. Then you add another offence to his name.

 

You better pray that this sucker didn't take your NRIC to borrow money. Anyway you soon know when you see your door being vandalized.

Good luck with ur Police Report. U'll know in abt a week or two whether he borrow money with ur NRIC when he default payments to the loansharks.

Yea and also probably his real name cos if he is out to cheat he can still cre8 another acc wif a diff name after bein expose

one f***in ******* he is... For wat i know those bike on coi cant be transfer ownership untill all the payment settle. Eg. If he is on 2 yrs installment then must finish the 2 years or pay finish earlier then can transfer ownership... For wat i know now bikeshop seldom do early settlement fee...
