Just had a thought, anyone tried to lower the front suspensions for amalfi? does it improve the front handling, making it not so light? Advice pls.

Yes few riders had did it. Feedback i heard =

1. better handling

2. seat lower (foot can completely touch the floor

3. speed increase

btw, feedback is from 3 of my friend.

Hi, my coolant level seem drop a bit, I wish to add some coolant but i dunno wad brand of coolant that put into it, I buy a ready mixed coolant bottle, can I juz add like that?? When my X9 evo was on main stand. I move my front wheel I heard some metal sound. (I think cum out from the break disk) May I know what is the problem or is normal for x9?

topping up should be ok, but best is still flush it out to re-place every 12,000km when changing belt.

Thanks kenny, btw, i tried to lower it myself. i unscrew the 4 bolts holding the 2 folks, but i still cant get it down. Is there a locking mechanism on top of the folk? I need to totally remove the front to access that?

Hi sorayama,

To lower the fork, there's some modification to be done.

as long as after you top up, you can see coolant at the end of the tip will do. dun top up totally full, you will cause over flow when heat up.

it depend where are you riding, if afternoon even on highway, it should be normal. is still better to get someone who know more about it to help you check to prevent from pocket burn.
