is it true that after market rollers like polini have to replace every 5000km??

any idea how much will cost??

Hi. I am considering buying a used X9. I went with the owner today to have it looked at by a mechanic and one of the items the mechanic said that needed to be replaced/repaired is the central axle bushing and it would cost $200+. Could someone tell me the importance of this bushing and if it realy is necessary to replace it?

i have bought my first scooter

hmm want to ask is it normal that rear tire get really hot after travelling for around 40km on highway??btw mine is a 13" gold standard

previously i rode a super4 and the tires just get warm.

Hmmm. This morning i rode to office about 10plus KM. I feel the tyre when i reach office. is it only warm. May i know the tyre pressure of the rear tyre? Maybe the pressure play a part.

I bought Atlantic 200,hmm the tire valves are so hard to reach ,and for rear tire it's even worse, the valve is on the same side as exhaust ,and they are very near so afraid to burn my hand. haha

anyway got the recommended pressure 210/220.

Anyone change their rear shock? Sound like mine getting some sqeak this few days. Being pillioning a Fat sister everyday. Once i think i bottom the shock when going over hump.

I use maxima 4 a year already. For me i think brand is not so important compare with the SAE grade and the ??W??

maxima got scooter EO too, not bad for normal usage like thru & fro work horse, $12plus i think, forget liao.

i realised that when x9 goes thru crack or grooves on road, it will tend to lean unexpectedly. not sure if the long curve is a crack or groove or not.

 

i wonder if it is due to the tyre design or the tyre pressure.

 

For that I not sure. I feel more like e break fish tail kind of feeling. Maybe is the same of what u describing. Anyone know how much to change fork oil?
