Hi Viffer BroS ,

Recently , my bike 'produced' that kind of rattling / flapping sound when initial start engine .

The sound goes off after more than 3-5 km of riding.

Could it be related to CCT issue ?

Anyone encounter before ?

Whats the damage and how long it gonna 'sit' in the workshop?

Much appreciate your views .

Sent to a mech to check it out first

If confirms than you need to change 2 tensioner cost around 70 per pc (I think)

hopefully you dont need to change timing chain ..... :)

Yes! had the same problem.

you can hear this 'tak tak tak' sound which comes and goes. if you put a screwdriver to the engine, and listen to the back end of the screwdriver, it sounds like 'marbles' in the engine.

Decided to overhaul the darn thing. CCT and timing chain replaced. cost me a small fortune.
