Ya, I am v happy now. I go outside riding under the rain until now super duper cold.. So funny lor. Just now earlier I stop at traffic light. Then got this kr beside me. Den when the green light is on. I Hit to gear one, because i was in neutral. Den left leg down, right leg up. Check back right den move off.

 

 

While I was happily doing all these, the person riding kr was like looking at me the whole process and rode off.

 

LOL, I think one look at me and he knows I just got my license today =P

I drove pass the U-turn junction this morning at 10am +... saw no: 75 onward doing u turn..

and the tester was opposite standing in a very relax manner under the trees... he seems to be in a very good mood....

 

I recall what I did exactly one week earlier doing the same time...for the TP

dun pray pray, get caught without p-plate very troublesome...

 

How much you paid for the insurance for the first year? which company?

My third party is $145... from ntuc..income..

 

Phantom is much heavier than those bike we used in SSDC, instructor at SSDC warned me that this bike brake lock up easily and have tendency to fishtail, so i'm particulary cautious when braking...

 

i immediately sent it for major service and repair once i passed...speed about $400 for 2 tyres change , servicing and other repair...

Agree with you, i have been riding my phantom around my neighbour on the 1st and 2nd day...my max speed was around 40-50km/h on the 3rd lane.... can sense the pressure , because car behind are following quite close

No lah, once you passed , your ssdc account.. booking function will be deactivited...cannot book CR anymore...they will put your graduation date...

 

actually, i find riding around the obstacles course is more fun.... u can lean very low on figure 8 and crank course.. ..riding outside road..not so much fun ler... (and more dangerous). i checked ssdc also have advance riding course.....just to improve your skill...and they also have defensive riding...that why i'm exploring...

 

i think i'm addicted for going ssdc frequently.. to practice .... find things to occupied and to kill my time..now..

If you treasure your license, please put p-plate until your probabtion is up.

 

For phantom, get the best tyres you can afford and be careful with your rear brake & often the phantom fishtails on wet roads.

one can improve only under stress . On th road, got to be extra alert and careful. cant take your own sweet time to check back and move off. got to maintain the traffic speed. dont be a road hog. its very dangerous when there vehicle tailgating you.

No I got put P plate, I was saying one look at my actions and the kr rider knew i just pass my license a few days ago or today haha.

 

I know nv put p plate first time 120 dollar.

 

2nd time revoke !

 

I paid $888 for third party insurance. Because I am only 18 year old.

Why u ride carpark on first few days ?

 

I first day once i pass my tp . I immediately ask me fren to send me to change tyres blar blar inspection, buy insurance , buy road tax.

 

LOL, dam rush. Because I was too eager to ride.

 

Den I ride to ubi to change my suspension.

 

Den at night go out like mad.

 

But if u practice courtest on road and dont road hog. SHouldnt be a prob.

 

And blind spots are dam important, the cab nv care u signal wan to change lane or wad. They wont give way one, just dash pass me.

 

Lucky I got check , den wait for the cab to dash pass, den i change lane.
