lately their self service kiosk having problem...

Always got at least one machine down everytime I do my bookings.

Their touchscreens might are as good as useless man. There've been so many times I got SO frustrated trying to tap to make my selection that I was pretty much abusing the damn machine!

I never really bothered with the machines. Whenever possible, I would just use the computers to book over the web. They only implemented the online charge after I completed.

Yes, they were. I guess they were really busy?

Too busy to pick up a phone that's ringing the entire afternoon? Must be really busy

Yes, not very sensitive touchscreens.

Hi SSDC Students,

I've some news for you and i hope u can share it to all of ur friends who are not yet students.

I believe most of u should know abt the 2 FREE Circuit Revision lessons for 2B students and 1 Free Circuit Revision Lesson for Class 2/2A Students if u enrol a friend to SSDC.

For Class 2B students, at their Lesson 1, We are attempting to try something new for all students. I believe their are some students who enrol, try their Lesson 1 a couple of times and felt like giving up. Especially those who may have done lesson 1 more than 3 times and still can't clear to Lesson 2. Lesson 1 may be difficult becuz it is the 1st step to riding a bike. Its the basic part of it. I've seen students before taking their lesson 1 up to 6 - 8 times. But with so much practice, it was beneficial for the Lesson 2 and 3. And to my surprise, these same students pass their TP test on the 1st attempt.

Please don't give up. Tell our friends not to give up. We will do out best to coach u as much as possible to help u pass ur lessons.

There will be some students who may take a longer time, and more practice.

Not to worry, IF we noticed that u have already had 3 lessons of ur lesson 1, and still not yet cleared ur lesson 1, you will be refered to our Chief, and Special Benefits and Extra Couching will be given for u.

Please feel free to ask me questions on how to improve ur riding. :thumb:

I hope there will be something for Class 2 students too because I took SIX times to clear my 2A lesson 1 :D

So 2B students still stuck at Lesson 1, don't be discouraged and don't give up!

Great to see SSDC paying attention to these students.

Exactly what BBDC is already doing but it applies to all lessons; not just lesson 1. If a student continues to fail a particular lesson 3 times consecutively, a special instructor is given to the particular student to coach him/her personally.
