Just got the 660 last week. Its an awesome bike. Everything pack into one. Still exploring the bike out a lil more. So how many 660 riders are there actually?

Any more feedback on 660? weighting b/w this and Tiger 800.

I read and watch youtube vid review, it is comparable and on par with African Twin:)

My uncle has both bike. What I could gather from him is, yammie more solid off road. I think it will make a good enduro bike. Seen videos of it crossing river in Australia, no issue. Tough machine but single thumper. The BMW ha I el ter for more 2 up riding and at higher top end speed, cos bigger cc and twin cyclinder. Also tough and honestly looks better than the yammie haha.

 

Both bikes won't have reliability issue but BMW being BMW, parts not as cheap and harder to buy. Depends on your riding nature I suppose. Slow, steady, lone rambo= yammie, if you are more power, comfort, ewan McGregor wanna be= bmw

Eh what kind of air filter mod you did? Share? Hahaha if not for the tenere being single cyclinder and 660cc, would have chose it over the gs. But alas, pillion requirement, I gotten the gs hahaha

Not mod laaa..i change to K&N Airfilter and the side Airfilter DNA.....

Yo bro, can help me ask ur kakis whether yamaha tenere xt660z can put tubeless?

I wanna buy that bike for touring but so far no tubeless. All use tube. :(
