Insurance Q

Just wonderin the the insurance's main rider must be the bike owner izzit?

BIke still under hire purchase........

Can put the main rider other ppl instead of the owner of the bike?

For bike shop they just wan to make sure the bike is insure that all rite?

Hope someone here can ans my Q.......

A ppl without lic can be a owner of a bike.

the bike can be owned by someone who dun hav license..

but then he hav to add a sub rider that hav the license to ride the bike..

The NCD is applicable to only 1 bike is it? I just bought a 2nd bike, so my insurance, am i applicable for NCD? My 1st bike is not with any ncd.

 

According to bike shop, i must forgo my ownership and main rider status of my 1st bike to be eligible for ncd for 2nd bike...

YUp.... NCD is oni to one bike.........

if u cancel the current insurance on ur 1st bike then u can bring the NCD forward to ur 2nd bike if not ur 2nd bike ncd is @ 0 and u start afresh........

So u mean that the got lic sub can still buy insurance and ride the bike even thought the owner dun hv lic??

the owner MUST be the owner of the insurance. Even if the owner is not riding/no licence the bike.

 

The owner is allowed to INCLUDE ONE (in most insurnace co.) name (subrider) in his/her insurance so that the subrider can legally ride that owner's bike.
