Hi guys, I am considering to buy a new X8 200.

Could I know if it has a cigarette lighter device like the ones in the car and SYM scooters. I need it to charge my GPS device.

 

yes... like those car charger socket... U can double check again its located at the bottom of left side hardle bar a small compartment... I guess they all come in the same voltage 12V ? or smaller? cant remember... need to check again...

sad to said nope overseas ride for X8 group... but u can always check others thread created by brembo or momo for their latest updated long distance trip with all type scooter family, have scooter will travel... :thumb:

any x8 400cc riders ???

 

hmmmm... from wat i know... no 400cc x8ers bro around here...

 

no much review has been made about the bike but the down side i know is the FC is freaking high... storage also not as good as the 200cc...

 

anyway do update me if u had bought the 400cc... or do a small review... good or bad feel free to post...

Thanks bro. Its a really useful device to have for charging GPS & phone while touring.

Anyone knows where is a gd place to do up the x8 seat. Quite sick of the seat getting my pants wet after it rain.

 

I just change my brake pads recently and there is this srceeching sound when i brake especially in the morning, anyone faces this problem b4 and how to resolve it.

i jus got it last week ... but jus push back to agent as my batt flat due to put too much things underseat ...FC is high i think half tank can onli go max to 100km ... haven try full tank yet ...power wise i quite happy with it .have try go up to 140km/hr ...

2002-2003 -->aprilia Rs125

2002-2005 -->honda Ta200

2003-2008 -->aprilia Rs250

2006-2008 -->honda ta150

15 jan2008 - 5 Apr 2012 --> x8 400ie

5 Apr 2012 - now --> busa the falcon..

i asked ard the lowest i got is 8.3k

so bro had u tested full tank how many Km ?:cheeky:

2002-2003 -->aprilia Rs125

2002-2005 -->honda Ta200

2003-2008 -->aprilia Rs250

2006-2008 -->honda ta150

15 jan2008 - 5 Apr 2012 --> x8 400ie

5 Apr 2012 - now --> busa the falcon..

bro... u might wanna wait for the new piaggio Xevo ??? since u plan to get new bike :thumb:

 

there isnt much X8 400cc rider here... only those who really ride it can tell how well it the FC... most of us here only hear it see it and smell it ?

guys jus a question for x8 200cc how is the fc ? isit a problem bike for daily usage.. cos some told mi not to get that.. saying it will hav lots of engine & roller prob..

Yah, bought a new one, 200cc

got it for $8363 (including COE and IU)

Till now, i only manage to run about 200+ km, will be going to pump petrol later.

FC seems to be about 22-23km/l, is this normal? or will it get better?

Anyway, any recommendation on the brand of petrol to pump?
