Hey bros, ive juz changed to a polini speed control on my bike, it was superbly well response.. has anyone changed to a full polini set up yet??

yeah i already change to full pollini for transmission last two year back.still running strong. improve on pick up and top speed (140 km/hr) i try one or two time.scary.for normal ride stick to the stock is the best.If not prepare for frequent maintenance

So we have to replace it ourselves?

 

Anyway lately I find that everytime when i accelerate my x8 from stationary,it creates an unsmooth shacky feel like parts going off experience...

 

Wonder what went wrong,is it time to change air filter? Or belting? Not sure

 

I just change engine oil and sparkplug

 

It's probably transmission problem...?

Nop,i use original piaggio belt ,every 8k km do full serivice.3k km change roller ,change engine oil and so on....

hi bro;

mtbf for the belt is at least 18k km, need not change at 8k so "sa yang". save the earth and try change your oil at 16k km with synthetic if possible.

 

my 5cents thoughts.

hi az;

it should apply to your X8. the last mileage clocked for the change was 25k(km), evident of typical wear & tear. Stick with the recommended schedule if travelling to malaysia, if not keep the $ for the next bike upgrade.

Anyone know what the problem with x8 temperature constant Hot and throttle not responsive can only go till 60km/h?

I found out the problem

 

there's no more coolant liquid,going to get one from Giant tonight

bro u should find out why no coolant liquid first before u top up .To me this is serious.I ride 3 years plus never top up coolent before just that replace the coolant.

I have experience the same problem before. There may be problem with your water pump that's why your bike overheat. You may like to check with the a workshop instead of just topping up the coolent. Cos i understand if your bike over heat too much, it may damage your fan coil.

 

Anyway, I am thinking of selling my FZ plate X8. How much is the market price to sell recently? Any idea?

Coolant leaking to engine

 

And my installment with asphoon left $1k+

hi bro how come so high repair cost 1k ? i know is just water pump 220 ,cdi is expensive ? what things do u need to change ? Any way after u replaced ur bike will become new .i hope worth to fix it.for ur info my bike repair cost 3k in three year .so ur 1k for 1 year should be ok .

Botak said water/oil/coolant leak and go into cylinder

 

when he unscrew the cap of the engine oil this happen

the coolant i top-up recently and a yellowish substance burst out non stop,obvious leaking...

 

$1k too much ley,thought of paying full my installment and ask him if he takes the bike if so sell to him...I don't expect until this much liao
