dear friend

it too late for u join safety i think u need to reconsider again cos i have a friend WSHO 10 years exp now currently jobless.

Hi Bro,

Thanks for replying to my question, maybe I did not ask correctly or not detailed enough.

I've read and it is real helpful but for my case, I've enrolled myself to go for the course BSCC. I've tried sending my CV for jobs like "Project supervisor & site supervisor". However no response maybe due to no experience. Feeling sad! LOL!

I'm quite worried about the starting salary due to I'm currently a father of 2 currently and I need to see if the salary will be able to sustain my current liabilities, might also need a 2nd job if the salary is insufficient. Hopefully plan good and move on the the safety line with u guys!

If there's any job openings pls do let me know..

Thank you all in advance. :cheer:

Smrt! U want apply

Thanks valecompass. i am happily employed. not looking into smrt at the moment or any time soon.

tell your fiend to look out for better opportunity if 3k is not what he would work for.

wonder why your fiend with 10 yrs of wsho experience would go for a 3k smrt wsho opportunity did puzzle me.

was his current or last drawn salary below 3k, so that smrt was reasonable to offer him 3k?

if his current or last drawn salary was 5k to 6k, why he would want to look at smrt's offer of 3k? and complain that 3k offer is unreasonable?

before i guess further, probably you would like to disclose more about your fiend job seeking experience, his current roles, current pay, or last drawn salary, qualification, background, industrial experience, age, expected salary, other job knowledge or skill, qualification, etc.

otherwise, driving taxi would be a great exit to any obstacles in life. :p

In fact, in jobstreet there are lots of EHS jobs that are paying beyond 3k. In fact, I have head hunt by several company which I find it quite cool as I just switch to safety 2 years ago.

Maybe your frd can put his profile in Linkedin, Jobstreet and his network, shouldnt be too difficult.

Of course I am happily employed and there is no push factors as the pay increment is not as good as i expected compared to my current job. Even when I am fresh out of level C with RSO, my pay is already beyond that.

Terence still teaching MT? I heard from Shiyin, one of the trainee together with us from Vanda, that Terence is now more of a personal trainer in fitness.

Anyway, i'm with Onxy MMA now. Just started a month ago. Keen? Hahahaha...
