my friend dont want to be sack so he no choice, need to feed family....so DIY...

 

i had advise my friend to keep on fighting...but my friend want to protect his job and dont want to be sack...if u are sack u cant find another job cos new company HR will call your ex-company HR and find out your performance... in the end my friend suffer....cos he every morning clean toilet.....

my advise to all ppl...he is not the only one cleaning toilet....many many site have PM bully wsho it is very common especially PM fr other countries...many PM inform his boss wsho cant perform then sack him then PM bring his own relative countryman wsho to work and some of these countryman wsho dont even kn how to write minutes of safety meeting and PM arrow local safety co ordinator to write....

indeed many singaporeans are weak and gutless when we have to compete or deal with foreign trash or our superiors, colleagues alike.

 

it all started when our garmen instill fear into our hearts and minds during our gentle age in the army.

 

this is part of the scheme to build an obedient nation.

 

you don't find such helpless individual or group in a developed country.

 

such bullying culture and mindset is also not acceptable in our so called rich country.

 

it happens cos we allow it, accept it and make it a way of life.

 

yes, we need change.

No problem, another advice is try not to skip lesson even though attendance requirement is 75%.

Bcos there will be quizzes conducted randomly and some are not conducted at the last lesson.

If you miss the tests , you will need to make arrangements with trainers or take the tests with the next intake.

 

Let me know your list of trainers and I may be able to help you with their expectations and type of quizzes. Hopefully I can remember all.

 

Bro, I will be starting my Level D tomorrow evening.

 

May need to get your assignments from you for reference on how to proceed with my assignments.

Not many job will be paying well, unless you are your own boss, then your "job" will be paying well since you will be getting all the money that you earn.

 

If we are still an employee (e.g. a Safety Officer), we are always "screwed' by our employers, in terms of pay, bonuses, JD, etc... etc...
