Know where got those jet water spy? want to wash my bike clean clean hahaa

we can get those at your hardware/DIY shop. think about 100 bucks last time i check. but you need a tap water supply. those portable jet spray (no need tap supply) so far i never see in singapore before. but you can get them in the UK but dont know how much. was thinking of investing in 1 myself, but no storage space at home ah. hahaha

Try jusco if you aree in jb, there have lots of all these kind of stuff . Cheap too

When touring, its usually the rider that give way first before the bike itself.

got box got tour.

Can those jet water spray also dispense snow soap solution?

i don't think it's powerful enough to spray out the foam like those at shops...

lol! i remember the good ol days in army where safety commanders uses those to spray on trainees to prevent them from getting heat exhaustion

i tried washing last week. was horrible. not enough shampoo, too much water, not enough foam to wash properly. also i realize the part of the engine block behind my exhaust header is hard to clean also. need jets of water actually. argh. and to go up and down my house to get water is argh too

think that will be the last time i DIY wash my own bike unless i have access to a hose. also i found out Shell opposite Ikea washes bike too but its like 7 bucks, same price as a car which is kinda stupid but ya.

also my rear disc has rust stains on it. i tried using scotchbrite and soap water but not like coming off, think that, the dirt/grime/stain on the disc affect my rear braking. any methods to clean it? or just get muc-off disc brake cleaner?

I ride a cruiser and make it a point to keep it bling.

Been trying out many methods.

Wax paste, pledge, you name it.

After weeks of hesitation, i got it. The 1L pressure spray($5.90) Amorall wash and wax($8.50).

Wow the suds are really crazy.

3 cap fulls per gallon. So i use 1 cap full.

This is how i use it.

spray and work on it with my sponge.

Spray off the excess dirt.

Wipe dry with a cheap chamois from mustafa.

Done!

Of course, once in a while will work on my chains, polish alloy parts with a toothbrush, shine my tyres and condition my seats, backrest and erp unit leather cover.

NOT advisable to wash with JET Spray.....especially often, cos may damage your painted surface and likely cause water penetration to those places on your bike, which NOT suppose to have water in.
