just got the frame sliders for 70. Will consider the fork and swing arm. Will probably get the tank bra and headlight protector first. by the way, any OEM belly pans to recommend? the price of original ones are abit on the high side... is there a quality difference? or is it just the Yamaha branding???

Just got my FZ6 4 days ago. Man wat a awesome bike...:thumb: excellent control man. Anyway here are some info of the stuff i got....

H & B crash bar southern got sell : 190 veri nice :thumb:

I got the bracket and top box (kp49) for 400..nt realli nice as side box better ( got side box hard to squeeze traffic so i got top box) (also southern)

Tank bra for FZ06 07 model...(Bag 1475u) dont get the wrong one for older FZ6 model...(motorworld) (must order was told to wait a few weeks:giddy: )

If u get crash bar DONT get slider (45 @ MOTORWORLD)...cannot fixed...i got it and cant fixed :cry:

hehe tat about it for nw...any owners living in yishun..saw one @ blk 700 plus plus hope can met other FZ owners ya

shucks....if only i known southern gt sell da crash bar...

 

hmm....wonder wats the diff between those two tank bra...im currently using da one with fz6 wording, fits nicely too

Woah, are u riding a blue FZ6?? i collected my FZ6 last saturday, so far, i've had sliders and tank bra on it. The tank bra for FZ6 are of the same fitting for old and new, only that the wording is different(fazer and FZ6), but i'm not sure which is the new one.. :)

 

Anyway, it's an excellent ride, abit on the warm side though. Breaking in the bike, fuel consumption is about 18km/litre..

haha mine is the red one. Tink beside wording the new tank bra also come in 3colours. Agree man realli excellent ride...:angel: look foward to riding my bike everytime...Currently also breaking in..no check the FC yet..:cheeky:...notice as the engine work harder the heat increase even more..but still ok ya :)

r u the fz6 owner at yishun blk 700 plus??? Maybe we can go join the SFC meet up next time together :)

haha, i'm not staying in yishun. hopefully we can meet up next time.. :) 500plus km into running in.. FC is now 19.2km/litre..

Update:

 

I've tried putting 1 pair of leisure in-line skates into my H&B side panniers ( junior 40l ). Wasn't sure at first if it will fit. After some adjusting, it fits nicely.

 

Will try putting my speedskates next time, hopefully it fits too. BTW, its 1 pair per box, just in case some was wondering.

 

FC wise, can't update yet as i just suffered a punctured tyre, losing lots of tyre pressure this days, gonna re-worm the tyre be4 i can update.

 

Im getting 35-36psi now, FC,18km/l.

I might be Left Handed, But I'm Always RIGHT
