Hi, getting my license soon and have many queries in my mind. appreciate it if anyone here can enlightened me!

Am i right if i say that Honda TA200 Phantom is one of the more reliable cruiser bikes in the 2b category?

are there any other bikes that is equally or more fuel efficient?

Phantom parts are easy to get, what about the other 2b cruiser bikes?

i'm thinking of buying a TA200.. but it's a bit ex. think the other bikes are a bit cheaper, but i dont see much reviews about them.

is TA150 the only 2T 2b cruiser?

anyone got pics of a honda shadow 125? how much does a second hand one cost?

can anyone recommend me any reliable and friendly shop i can go to if i want to view more cruisers and non-cruisers?

will post more questions when i come across more doubts! lol.

thx in advance for the help peepz! =D

What doesn't kills me can only makes me stronger.

phantom 200 reliable or not i dare not say coz nv used b4, but some say its over-hyped.. think for dis u check out e phantom knights forum better..

ta150 using sp engine..

fuel effiency if u mean juz 2b cruisers, phantom 200 is one of e best ba, tho i'd expect a close fight from daystar..

parts ez to get for ta200 does not necessarily mean original replacements too..

saw quite a few shadow125s on e road b4, but haven seen much on sale here.. pricing wise i'd expect it to be more den phantom? looks wise its juz like its 400cc brother, juz dat e fuel cap is in e centre of e tank while 400 is at e side..

not much discussion on e other 2b cruisers simply coz too few of dem lor.. ha..

I think can more or less find TA200. Australia have it and did a review of it on one of their magazines. Even took it up the hills and back in Melbourne. I forgot what they mention about it 'cos it didn't appeal to me

Yeah Goh. I read that article abt Phantom in Aussie land.

But that model down under is TA250 not 200.

Given good reviews by the writer but still he wrote got some niggling unhappiness with the bike.

Now I wonder where i put that magazine. :giddy:

For 2b cruisers, not many choice.

For 2b auto scooters, many many. Also looks cool. Like the latest Gilera VXR200.

fOR 2B sportbikes, I dun rekomen if u are faint hearted lah.

haha ok noted.

i like cruiser and i rather get something a little bit more expensive at the beginning but has more manageable maintenance cost. the best candidate i think is phantom TA200.

there's no honda phantom on bikez.com, cant even do a compare with other bikes. lol.

Hi, if you bother do perform a search, you would probably land up with many threads on the discussion of comparison between class 2B cruisers.

i've been reading alot from this forum for the past few months.

indeed i've land up on alot alot of threads on comparisons of bike and opinions of bikes.

but in the above post, when i say comparison, i meant bike statistics.

Of course. If it isn't statistics specification and experience we are comparing what could it be then? Anyway, I meant threads as far back as few years back. Though it may sound old, the comparisons still applies as there are barely any changes on today motorbikes in Class 2B category.

Cheers!
