Looi's motor at Kaki Bukit. Machine price was $11.5K when I previously asked. Once you add on COE ($2.4k?), road tax ($64 annually) and your first year of insurance ($1K+?) you'll be looking at $15K or thereabouts.

And in my opinion, for that price range; I'd get the Aprilia RS125. It's still a large bike, but with nearly double the horsepower figures. And if you're in the correct gear, more torque as well. The RS125 is reliable as well as long as you take care of it. Only use fully synthetic gear oil and fully synthetic 2T. Change your piston rings every 8000KM and it will not go wrong. Parts are not as expensive as they're made out to be either. Check http://www.pjme.co.uk (Trusted website, one of the best you'll find). Fuel consumption depends on your riding style. If jetted correctly, you can get somewhere between 18-28 KM/L. The lower end obviously if you ride like a hooligan and the upper range if you ride less agressively.
