Hi guys, my bike was parked on the pavement and was hit by some bike and my bike fell on another car. What are the chances of the car owner claiming my insurance? The person who hit my bike escaped. Pls advise?

The result of saving that S$0.65.

The claim is imminent UNLESS you rode it off. The other thing I want to point out is that if you ever get caught (running away from such accident) you will be slap with a Fine + Demerit points + Insurance Claim.

Don't blame anyone but yourself.
