Hi guys after 5 yrs quitting riding.. Finally wants to buy a bike for transport to work from the west to the east.. Any recommendation base on the 2 bikes mention above. Base on the maintenance, fuel consumption and even stability of the bike. Kinda headache as runner to me seems relax. its auto while sparks seem more maintenance easy and low fuel consumption... Help need ... Thanks/:sian:

Spark also have clutch-less version which is semi-auto....

But if u are saying maintainance, fuel consumption, spark is the winner here...

Runner maintainance is much higher and higher fuel consumption also... Not to mention parts more exp

but comfort level.. i guess runner seems more relax. when putting a box behind and pillioning... what abt travelling on expressway which bike is better... really a tough decision coz base on outlook spark seems more "softer" than runner.

Spark seems more softer but fierce on the inside... Hahaha just joking... Like mention before if u go for petrol wise, mileage n accesories spark takes it all... Gilera petrol consumption not so good and maintaining it cos more than sparkz..

okay guys. i used to ride a spark. just changed to a runner. in terms of F.C, spark would be the winner. But overall in terms of comfort and speed, Runner wins. Very comfortable seriously at high speeds too. ANd even though the F.C is abit higher, itz not really that bad. Full tank can cover

230km. My vote goes to the runner.

Runner full tank is 8.7(1.7litre is reserved)

Spark is 4litre(0.8 Litre reserved)

i vote for runner cause of it's under seat space and it's fuel tank. if added 1 small box behind can store alot of stuff if go shopping..

Runner would be a great choice in terms of power and comfort especially on expressways. Just that you got to pay more attention to its maintenence.

The spark, in stock, is great but not so great when it comes to cruising because at speeds of 120kmh, you will feel that the bike is stressed. Unless you install, minimum, a 150cc kit, than it'll be perfect. Got friends on that kit who obtain 180+km on at least 3.7 liters of petrol with everyday speeds of 120kmh-140kmh on its stock meter.

I have changed my bike spark to runner ST 200 last week. I had been riding the spark

for the last 6 months, in term of FC and maintenance Spark still the best. But in term of comfort, stability, look and speed the runner the best. I am very happy with my new

Runner so far. I will still vote for the new model runner if price make small difference.
