now also have liao even i dun eat seafood... eventually i alot of thing cannot eat leh. now oni everyday eat pork till i sometime 1 day oni eat 1 meal.

wat to do something the pain will make me dun feel like eating de.... so far 1 already lost 7kg in 3 weeks.... alot of ppl say i slim down alot.
