shoulder still got a bit of pain but can move about loh now not using the sling anymore as doctor say by next 2 week i can offical dun use the sling also no problem. But as for my leg i think i injured the nerves and the bone below my right knee cap causing my leg no strength to push my leg outward when i sit down but thanks god i am walking around not limping much like last time. next week getting back to work but bad thing i have to take cab to my office and back to my house till my leg gain back the strength then see whether i can drive my company van back or not....
