All bikes belonging to the Singapore Police Force would be using TP plates.

And marked vehicles would be bearing QX plate.

is it true tat the speed clocking device on tp bikes are actually clocking their own speed ?

lets say, the subject is travelling at 100kmh, but the tp use 140kmh to catchup, in the midst of catching the speed will be clocked at 140kmh correct?

Got one that is the Italian TP bike? Previously on show at Mah Motors? Or was it Loois?

Purchased by a veteran biker, private numberplate got lots of 8s. And he errr....I think own about other 7 bikes.

Surely this one registered under the normal plate that you and I had

there are procedures to follow when clocking speed for speeding cases .. i'm not too sure of the current 'speed-clocking devices' that are in use now but the previous ones that I used are to clock the current speed that the TP bike is riding at. But even so, they have procedures to follow before clocking the speed of a speeding vehicle.

in ur scenario that is given ... the speed that is being clocked will be the ones that the TP bike is tailing the speeding vehicle and not during 'catch-up' phase ..

hope it helps ..

ladies and gentleman. Yesterday i saw a civilian car with a plate started with a Q. i think its 3 letters, like a normal car. Modded car... exhaust changed, tinted windows and guess what, 2 cute small red and blue led lights at the rear and front end of the car. Just be careful guys... Police are more stealthy these days. :goodluck:

Food For Thought

Bread pudding.

Single light cream is the type of cream most commonly used for cooking. However, this type of cream should not be boiled as it will curdle. Also, always add hot liquids to the cream rather than the cream to the liquids, in order to avoid curdling. Single(light) cream has an 18 percent fat content.

Good point, company registered car begin with Q series QA, QB..............................but QX & QY are specially reserved for the relavant authority. Now a days I think nobody seem to be registering their car under Co's name cause it cost more because everything is double, coe, road-tax, insurance premium now all go for private register.
