apprenticeship at workshops

hi there everyone. im a freshy to all this about bikes. am currently going on a coupla months break since i ORD on monday huat ah!!

 

so anyways, ive been going bike crazy and such and am finishing up soon w my lessons soon. am on final leg of lesson 8 at ubi. so ive been thinking of tinkering around with bikes and would like to learn everything abt the mechanics that keep em working so beautifully.

 

so im wondering if anyone here might have contacts of people or who might hire a freshy apprentice who currently knows nuts but is willing to work full time for a coupla months. do hope the workshops are around paya lebar/ubi/serangoon area. and am willing to start asap.

Couple of months bro?? Get your lisence first.. Its better that you learn from hands on people first rather than going straight to bikeshop.. Let me know what bike you planning to built.. I might be able to share some knowledge..

dang dude. jus was hoping the learn as much know hows as i could while assisting. best to know all possible problems that a bike could give ryt? and i loive doping this sort of stuff so yeah. if anyone. pls pls pls. wld nice if cld help me. thanks a million.

etc....

work for 1-2 years and you be task to do thing like,service/rebuilt engine,fixing accessories.

all of which, though may get boring and such but i do hope there would be days though tt a major problematic bike (not cursing anyone) where all the guys would be cracking their head up on fixing it up and i get to be a part of it and make it all nice n running superbly again. that would be a good day. so yeah pls if anyone is interted in hiring. thx

get a bike, get a manual, stock up on quality tools, and meddle wif ur bike! trust me the satisfaction from that is even better!

Wait till the day you made a mistake.. A minor that can become a major problem... The engine maybe simple but complicated... Honestly, i learn nothing in bikeshop.. Went to car shop, i learn nothing as well.. Now going for aircraft mechanic, hopefully i learn something there..

Hire a freshy motorcycle kuku as apprentice never heard before.

 

Apprentice that pay the boss to work in bike shop to learn a skill or two I know a few.

 

That's why they call apprenticeship. Pay to learn. Hahahaha
