Changing new IU , got to pay $3 more for using nets !!!

Just changed my IU at ubi vicom... Lucky asked the person is there any charge for paying nets .. And he told me theres a $3 charge for nets .. Is Like WTF ... Cost extra 3 bucks for not paying by cash !??? Lucky asked before paying .. If not extra 3 bucks will gone.. Asked him why , and he say" i dunno .. It's always like this for gov stuff ..." ||>.

So for ppl who plan to change ur IU pls bring cash along .. if not you got to pay for it or go get cash from amt, which is not near ...waste time and petrol !!!

And than govt is encouraging cashless payment method.But still got extra charge for that.

Ya la .. Cashless so that we can spend 3 bucks more .. Some more never tell u if u never ask .. will just charge u .. CMI ... Take cab pay 30 cents more for nets can still understand .. IU $3 !!! WT....

Some bikeshops also charge more if you want to pay by NETS.

This is ridiculous. I frequent VICOM often and i don't get charged for this.
