Hi guys.. I wld like to ask..

 

Can our standard head lamp withstand the heat if we were to do a HID lighting for the headlight??

 

Will it damage the headlamp or reflector in it.

Its xenon wif a year warranty for 180RM.. izzit expensive or normal price??

If you used this setup, then its total waste of money. Your high beam HID will be very blinding to whoever is in front of you. The throw will not be concentrated. In the end, you will not be using the HID at all.

 

Like uncle has said, usually its hid low beam and high beam halogen. Try the bi xenon type. High and low beam also HID.

How many want and how much are you guys willing to pay for the skid plate?

 

Cos once I get my bike I'm gonna ask my designer to take the measurements and get my contractor to do up an aluminium one. Think can be anodized to other colours too... :angel:

 

I'm sure our local guys can do a better job at a better price. We are talking about a skid plate, not a "car/scooter fender". There's no machining, TIG welding, moulding or casting. If you can do below S$150, I'm sure a lot of people will be interested; if below S$100, it'll be a worldwide sellout! Else, the difference to a branded one may not be significant. Maybe some optional extras for anodising / powder coating for those who wants colour.

True but if not mass production a bit difficult also aluminium dont come cheap under $150 including material, welding plus labour mmmmm :dot:
