;7826937']can any of the bros here take a close up of your radiator guard/grill if you have?

becoz i am not sure if the stock one comes with any grill(plastic type)

and if it doesnt come with any, how can we protect it with those proper grill or wire mesh and where do we secure them..

thanks

I also installed my customized mesh from the CMO. Very interesting as u can get ur desired design on your bike.

thanks for the heads up..

yup, actually i still have my customized mesh from godsend.. it was sized for super4, and then i transferred to my fz6, and i still kept it..

but previously it was always mounted to a layer of plastic grill that comes with the bike..

but i saw the nc7 doesnt even have the plastic grill, so i am wondering how did you guys mounted them and secure to where..

anyone did valve adjustments already? safer to go back to boon siew for this or other mechs can do it properly as well?

Dat time I went service for 12k mileage at BS. They said it wont need valve clearance unless need to. Went unique motors. They mentioned the same thing go for valve clearnace if theres a need to.. probably 45k mileage and 90mileage. Thats according to unique

The manual recommends inspection every 12kkm which requires opening of the cyclinder header and measuring the valve clearance. How will they know whether "need or not" without inspecting?

any possibility of doing the valve clearance ourselves?

Yes, if you are skillful, have the necessary tools (torque wrench, filler guage) and don't mind getting your hands dirty :) Steps are documented in the service manual.

i myself not sure why they "BS" never did for me valve clearance, as according to them.. my bike still need not do valve clearance although my mileage already 12k km when i brought in.
