Honda NC700X

I have this problem, After rain my bike can't start. Have to switch on and off a few times than it can start. Anyone having the same problem?

 

so far yet to encounter dis kind of problem.. spark plug reaching 18000 km mileage and still gd to go and yet to replace since day 1..

 

rain or shine still ok.. have u ever change ur spark plugs.. try change them.. and probabaly will be ok after that.

Front 250kPa (36 psi)

Rear 290 kPa (42 psi) with or without pillion/luggage

 

me front is 250, 270 rear.. with rear and box all the time.

Personally I don't think it is comfortable. the front starts to feel unstable at >130kmh. I can tahan ard 130-140. 160 I cannot do for long. Then again I am constantly worried about speed trap....I am using Honda touring screen and barkbuster handguards BTW. Riding 1 up.

 

bro, i ride up normally 150kmh, above 150 den u have to manage the handling a lil bit..

I will go with or beyond the maintenance schedule when using good fully syn oil.

 

I think manufacturer usually based their schedule using the lowest quality recommended motor oil. In case really lousy oil (within the recommended standard) is being used by cheapo rider, the bike won't breakdown. Protects themselves against claims. Basically all my bikes, oil change at 10K to 15K but oil filter every change instead of alternate. it is all in your head, don't waste money.

 

usually i follow the BS warranty interval of 4000km den servicing.. last service with BS was at 12000km mileage, nw reaching 18000km, probably reaching 22K den will change my EO and filter together. interval of 10K to 12K is gd enough for oil change.. dun follow the 4k like warranty said waste money.. manual book says 12K..

The Iridium spark plug replacement is at 48kkm for NC! I think cos it's low revving, so EO and spark plug change interval is similar to cars

But bo Bian leh bike still under warranty so have to follow the schedule...oil filter changed also....so I only bought the semi oil.. Got to wait another 7 months.

Bike 1100km after 3 months now, been revving below 4000rpm mad below 100km/hr. When can ride hard? After 5000km?

Don't worry,hit hard lah,yours over 1000K.I started after 600k,if you don't hit it the bike will retard.....lol.
