i placed deposit last Friday and Mr Lee told me by Wed this week can collect my bike...

called today to update some insurance info and was told still waiting for customs reply...

ordered a NC700X Black...

Any idea what this customs issue is?

Should mean that bike reached our shores and awaiting clearance. Hopefully can get your bike in 1 to 2 weeks.
