Questions about customizing such as - Number Plates at the left side of the Bike?

Hello all,

 

I just recently moved to Singapore and going to get my Harley here.

I'm not clear with the rules and regulations in Singapore regarding customizing such as:

 

- Is it allowed in SGP to have the number plate at the left side of the bike?

- Possible to chose an individual (personal) number plate?

- Is it legal to customize / convert to 200mm wide tire and fender?

 

I would be happy if there is someone who can answer my questions.

Plate must be at the rear.est portion of the bike... Which means mounting on the side, aka axle, cannot lah..
