onli certain credit card is approve by ntuc (u can call them right to verify right instead of wasting your time replying )

 

and i still say , despite your accident which is unfortunate , u still do not have the means to own a bike .

My suggest to you is just leave the bike like that. If your bike is fully paid layup.

If not, then you just drag the payment of insurance, road tax, inspection. I drag for 2months last time at most you pay additional charges by the the meant time, take public transport till you got enough money. In the road tax paper got told how late you can actually pay .
