Need some help

I'm planning to spray chrome on some parts of my bike(eg plastic and etc) and is there any place to buy that chrome spray can? Those spray that will look like a little 'shinny' chrome.

I believe there is no such "chrome spray" around. If have the plastic part which you are going to spray will melt. You can always stick those chrome look a like stickers. They can easy buy at bike stickers shop.
